La Junta Directiva de FEDOP, ante la gravedad de los impactos para el sector y nuestros usuarios que puede tener la próxima publicación de la Orden Ministerial que regula la prestación ortoprotésica y el catálogo de la cartera común de servicios, ha decidido convocar al cierre los establecimientos el próximo lunes 5 de octubre.
Además, os convocamos a participar en una concentración frente a la sede del Partido Popular en Madrid, el mismo lunes 5 de Octubre.
Ambas iniciativas buscan manifestar nuestro rechazo al Proyecto de Orden Ministerial SSI/2015, por el que se modifica el anexo VI del Real Decreto 1030/2006 de 15 de septiembre. Esta normativa, que pretendía modernizar y ampliar el desfasado catálogo ortoprotésico, ha acabado centrándose en un solo objetivo, el recorte económico, sin atención a la calidad o a la extensión universal de la cobertura de la prestación.
La Federación calcula que al menos un 40% de las referencias en el mercado quedarán fuera del catálogo. Los especialistas no podrán prescribirlos.
